This competition will test your team’s robotic attachment design, build and coding skills.
A number of challenges have been set that teams can undertake to score points. The team with the most points at the end of the competition period will win.
The competition runs from Mid January 2016 - April 2017
Two tables are used for the competition, each table is different and has different missions.

Ages 7+, the oldest member will determine the division of the team, adults are welcome in the Open Division.

Wondering what a robotic mission looks like?
This sample shows the robot moving the ambulance in front of the water release. It then backs up and turns around to activate the water release.
The water is released and the ambulance has prevented it from rolling onto the runway.
This would have achieved:
Teams can undertake a mission for judging twice only. Maximum points can be awarded only on the first attempt; the second attempt will incur a penalty deduction. A failed second attempt excludes the team from scoring on that mission.
A standard robot base will be provided to teams. Attachments can be built and added to this base robot.
Only official LEGO parts can be used.
